Overview

RESONATE is an audio plugin sold by The Seeker. The plugin itself does not collect, transmit, track, or store any personal information. It does not include analytics, telemetry, advertising identifiers, or phone-home functionality.

Information We Collect

For BTC purchases made directly through this website, we collect only the information needed to process and support the purchase: the generated BTC payment address, payment amount, payment status, order timestamps, and any email address you optionally provide for future plugin updates.

If you buy through itch.io, itch.io handles the payment and file delivery. Information collected by itch.io is governed by itch.io's own policies and checkout flow.

Optional Email Addresses

Providing an email address during BTC checkout is optional. If provided, it is stored only after a successful purchase and is used to send plugin updates, update access information, and purchase-related support messages.

BTC Payment Data

BTC transactions are recorded on a public blockchain. We use public blockchain data and third-party blockchain explorer APIs to check whether the unique payment address assigned to an order has received the required amount. Blockchain data may remain publicly visible independently of this website.

Technical Information

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the RESONATE storefront. Standard server infrastructure may temporarily process basic technical information, such as request metadata, as needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and maintain security.

How We Use Information

We use purchase information to generate invoices, verify payment, provide downloads, prevent fraud or abuse, respond to support requests, and send update information if you provided an email address.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers only as needed to operate the storefront, process payments, verify blockchain transactions, provide downloads, comply with law, or protect the rights and security of The Seeker and users.

Retention

We retain BTC order records and optional update emails for as long as reasonably necessary to provide downloads, updates, support, accounting records, security, and legal compliance. You may request removal of an optional update email, subject to reasonable operational and legal limits.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored purchase information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
